Terms & Conditions
Please read our booking terms carefully before making a reservation.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment gateway.
- A confirmation email with your booking reference will be sent to your registered email address.
- Hotel TRG reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within 24 hours of reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made at the front desk and are subject to availability.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
- The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room rate.
- No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies
- Hotel TRG is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request departure of any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in all guest room areas.
Pricing & Taxes
- All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST at 5%.
- Breakfast charges, where applicable, are per person per night and will be included in the total at checkout.
- Hotel TRG reserves the right to revise room rates without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
